Maine Walks For Haiti

Northland Living and Program Centers in Jackman, Maine, will be sponsoring a "Maine Walks for Haiti" on June 5th at 3 p.m.  It will start at the facility and go to Mountain Country Supermarket and back.  The
distance of this walk is two miles.

There are ten staff members from the Northland Living and
Program Centers participating and they will be assisting wheelchair residents on their trek.  At the end of their trek they will provide drinks and goodies from their dietary department.

Dodi Mingo is also trying to organize a group of community people from Jackman to participate in "Maine Walks for Haiti" on June 5th, at 3 PM.  The walk is scheduled to leave from Jackman Regional Health Center and go to Mtn. Country Store and back.  This will give participants a 2-mile walk. 

Proceeds from this walk will also benefit Maine Haitian Ministries.
