Therefore, to help customers to connect with loved ones, Time Warner Cable has announced that there will be no fee for calls made to Haiti when using Time Warner Cable’s Digital Phone service.

 

Who is eligible for the free calls to Haiti?
All Time Warner Cable Digital Phone subscribers are eligible for this program.

 

What calls are eligible as free?
Calls that are direct-dialed to land lines or cell/mobile phone numbers in Haiti will be free of charge.

 

NOTE: Calls using operators, directory assistance, or other non-direct dial calls are not included in this free offering.

 

What is the timeframe for this free call offering?

1. •Any calls to Haiti made between January 12 - January 22, 2010 will be credited on your account.
   

2. •Any calls to Haiti made between January 22 - February 28, 2010 will be at no charge.
   
   NOTE: For calls to Haiti made on January 22, 2010, you will either be credited or you will receive zero charge depending on your Time Warner Cable billing cycle.
