Penobscot Job Corps Academy Collects Hygiene Items

Penobscot Job Corps Academy students will be collecting hygiene items that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will deliver to Haiti to assist earthquake victims.

The collection will begin Monday, Feb. 8, and run through Monday, Feb. 22. Among the requested items are toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand towels, combs and soap.

Donations may be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. “seven days a week” at the PJCA Union Street building in Bangor.
